Membership is £50.00 per person for the year commencing in September 2026. There are 10 lectures per year from September to June and many benefits online at The Arts Society website in addition to a tri-annual magazine and various discounts such as on travel insurance.   For members who join mid-year the cost reduces in February to £35 and thereafter by £5 per month until June.  

Our Special Interest Days and Visits are charged appropriately to cover their respective costs.  If you need to make a BACs payment, our details are:

Guests: Guests are allowed one free lecture from Sep-Nov.  They may attend a second lecture for £5.00.   They would then need to join the society.   All guests will be charged £5.00 between Jan and June. Please email the Membership Secretary in advance to book a guest place -    TASGmembsec@gmail.com

Venue: Our meetings take place at the Guildhall Arts Centre, St Peter’s Hill, Grantham NG31 6PZ.  Doors to the theatre open at 10:00 a.m. for 10.50 a.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.  The Lecture starts promptly at 11:00 a.m and finishes at 1200 approximately. 

Members and guests should register their attendance at the lecture at the desk in the main entrance to the Guildhall.

Complimentary coffee and tea is provided before each lecture.
